ValueLights is one of the UK’s fastest-growing online lighting retailers, delivering stylish, affordable lighting direct to homes across the country. With rapid online growth and increasing order volumes, the business reached a point where legacy systems – and the manual workarounds that came with them – were slowing progress.
To prepare for the next phase of growth, ValueLights engaged Partomer to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – a single, scalable platform that could handle their complex data across finance, fulfilment, and inventory management.
Challenge
With growth came friction. ValueLights had built an incredibly successful e-commerce engine, but behind the scenes, disconnected systems were leading to inefficiencies in:
